GDPR Sub-Processors

To deliver our services effectively, we work with a limited number of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”). These sub-processors may process personal data on our behalf, strictly in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Our Responsibilities
- All sub-processors are bound by written agreements that meet GDPR standards.
- We only work with providers that use strong technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.
- We remain fully responsible for the actions of our sub-processors.

- WP Engine – Web hosting and infrastructure (hosting of websites and related services)
- Layershift – Cloud hosting and infrastructure (hosting of web applications and data)
- 123-reg – Domain registration and management (domain management for our services)
- FileMaker – Database and admin systems (internal administration and client records)
- Figma – Cloud-based design platform (collaboration on design and product assets)
- Adobe Creative Cloud – Design tools and cloud storage (creation and management of design content)
- GitHub – Code repository and version control (development and management of software code)
- Google Analytics – Web analytics and performance tracking (collection of anonymised/aggregated usage data to improve our services)
Updates to Sub-Processors
If we add or change sub-processors, we will update this page and notify customers as required by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
